We are WILCATS (Western ILlinois Catfish Anglers Tournament Series). We are located in White Hall, Illinois, near the Illinois and Mississippi rivers. Check out the links on the left. Be sure to check the calendar frequently for information about tournaments in our area.

              Big Fish & (3  places up to 20 boats, over 20,  4 places).
New this year.  All non winning teams at each tourney

    Top two teams are eligible for Cabela's King Kat Classic.
  1. All tournaments are 1-2 person teams.
  2. All State (IDNR),and Federal rules will be observed.
  3. There will be a livewell check prior to take off.
  4. Fishing allowed on the Illinois River and tributaries only.
  5. All boats must be at weigh in (or ramp) by 2PM or 3PM.
  6. Fish can only be caught by Rod and Reel method.  No snagging will be allowed. Only two rods & reels per person (4 total) can be used. (You may have extra rods in boat).
  7. No chumming.  No fishing intentionally baited holes.
  8. All boats must maintain a distance of 100 feet between each other.
  9. A maximum of 7 fish per boat will be weighed for total weight. There may not be any extra fish in livewell. If there are more than 7 fish in livewell at weigh in this will result in disqualification. One dead fish will be allowed per boat at weigh in. No culling of fish at weigh in.
  10. No stringers or wire baskets at the weigh in.
  11. After the weigh in at all tourneys, a non winning team will be drawn to get their entry fee back.
  12. Ties will be decided by tournament committee.
  13. Extra Members (Childeren 15 and under) may accompany contestants, But the team is limited to the number  of poles in boat allowable for two persons under tournament rules.
